Another deal of note for those who aren't in the PacNW is the Outside baby Black and Gray cooler backpack for under $45 (normally $80). Every review I've found for this product has been very positive. I think it'd be great for road trips and picnics with the twinks.

UPDATED CVS Coupon

April 1-24 Rite Aid Giftcard link has been updated!

I waited to post this because I wanted to verify a couple of things for you.

I checked with my local CVS and verified that they will take this Rite Aid coupon 100% of the time. They will honor it for new prescriptions (even though it says tranfers) and for transfered prescriptions.

They will also honor up to one coupon per patient. SO, if you have twins (like me) or more than one person in your family who needs a prescription filled, you can score more than one giftcard each day.  I have gotten $75 in giftcards before when picking up 3 prescriptions - one for each kid + my husband.

If you want to make sure your CVS accepts this coupon, I'd recommend you stop by your local CVS (or call) and ask to speak to the head of the Pharmacy Department. Ask about this coupon and if they will accept it as a competitor's coupon.

Yay for free money!

Lessons from Losses

I miss all my friends from my previous job. But I don’t know how to approach them again. I loved working where I was from April 2005 to October 2008, but I haven’t talked to many of my dearest friends from the office since my last day there.

So, now I look at today. After about 15 months of wrestling with God about it, my heart is filled with forgiveness.

The fact is: I screwed up, I was not clear enough with them about my return.

I should NOT have said I was not sure about coming back, if I was really intending to come back.

So, to all my dear friends at Fellowship Technologies (read: long lost family) with whom I have lost touch – I MISS YOU. I love all of you from the bottom of my heart.

Please forgive me for not keeping in touch while I was dealing with all of this.

I did not want it to turn into gossip. I do not want to make any of you think negatively about anyone who was involved in the story above. I have mad-respect for the people who run that company. It’s HARD to be a Christian and a businessman at the same time. I learned a lot from my experiences at the company, and I am learning even more through my MBA program. I pray for their leadership to have wisdom as they continue doing what they are doing. I pray for their customers, too. I pray for all of you who work there. I look forward to spending eternity with you.

Please keep in touch.

In Him,

Marie (Barrington) Armitage

So proud of my hubby

Day 3 of our Stay-cation
I was cleaning out the car this afternoon - vaccuum and all - when my DH came out of the house and told me he was jonesing for some Arizona Sweet Tea. Could he PLEEEEEAASASE have my blessing to use a CVS giftcard to pick one up for free??

Of course you can - but take these coupons with you and pick up some Right Guard because of this deal I found online. So, I sent my husband with 2 $1.50/1 coupons and asked him to pick up the Right Guard when he goes to CVS. Also, I had a $5 ECB, so here is what I suggested he do -
Get 2 Right Guard Deoderants
Price 2 for $5
Less $3 in coupons ($1.50 * 2)
Cost $2 for deoderant
and get something else worth $3 or more. Use the ECB and the giftcard to pay.

He went to CVS and saved over $15!!!
Here's what he ended up doing

Got 2 Right Guard Deoderants
 - Priced 2 for $5!
Less $3 in coupons ($1.50 * 2)
Cost $0 for deoderant

Got 2 boxes of multigrain cheerios
 - Priced 2 for $4.99
Less $5 in ECB's
Cost -$.01 for the cereal

Got 1 Arizona Sweet Tea for $.99
Got $2 back in ECB's
Total cost - $.99!!! Not bad for his first time couponing.

He came home with a HUGE smile on his face and said that NOW he gets it.

I taped the receipt up on the wall.

New Month- New CVS Gift-Card coupon to print

You'll want to print out and keep one of these in your wallet or purse
**$25 gift card coupon (with any prescription) exp. 3/31**
(I know it is for Rite-Aid)

This month I scored 2 $25 CVS giftcards by presenting one of these beauties when I went to pick-up prescriptions. My CVS pharmacy will take ANY competitors coupon and treat it as their own.

**I have pointed out to the pharmacy manager that this says it is for a transfer - and the manager still said that he would honor it for new prescriptions.

Check your CVS - It doesn't hurt to ask!

Read about how I always get paid $25 to get my prescriptions refilled.
